rendered video pixelated/blurry/oversharpened
So I’ve had a problem with Sony Vegas 13 recently where I will render a video and it will come out looking pixelated/blurry/oversharpened. I’ve looked around the web A LOT and after trying many different ‘solutions’ nothing has come from it.
I use DXTORY to record gameplays and at first they were fine, but all of a sudden one day it was bad quality. I have tried to figure out what i might have done to cause it to start rendering funny but to no avail. I have looked at many different tutorials on youtube about the perfect render and recording settings but all haven’t helped. I’ve reinstalled both DXTORY and Sony Vegas, reset all the settings for both, and reinstalled the codec(s) for DXTORY( I have been using Lagarith Lossless Codec for all my videos).
I’ve thought it might be the codec but after uninstalling all other ones and reinstalling Lagarith I’m not sure.
I’ve thought it might have been YouTube’s compression system but I know the problem lies somewhere between DXTORY and Vegas. The recorded clip on my computer looks fine, 1080p and such, but after importing it into vegas it looks bad on all preview settings.
So in summary I am at the point of giving up because it seems I have tried almost everything, but any help whatsoever on the matter would greatly be appreciated 🙂
-as a possibly useful side note, I also tried FRAPS to record and it gave me the same output of quality
