is there anyway to turn off the finished rendereing noise in AE?

According to Glenn Stewart in a COW post:
Open the preferences file in a text editor, in 6 they added the line
“Play sound when render finishes” = “1”
just change the 1 to 0 and your done!!

Besides disengaging the sound, you could change it to something fun.
The folks at Toolfarm have this little tutorial…https://www.toolfarm.com/tutorials/rndrsnd.html
That way, R2-D2 can beep at you when a render is complete. 🙂
