Hi Guys! Hoping you can help as I’m completely stuck here.

Basically I’ve edited a video on Sony Vegas 10 rendered it out at 720p as it was filmed in 720p. On my PC is plays find in full HD. As soon as I upload it to youtube, there is no options to change the quality above 360p. It’s not because I haven’t left it to process long enough as it’s been sitting private for 12 hours.

I believe it’s something to do with my render settings as older videos I have done still upload fine, so it must be the video not youtube surely?

Please help if possible as I can;t find any answers on the net!

    Thanks in advance!

    Brian.

    Hello,

first, your Video viewed on your PC is not Full HD. It’s “only” HD 720p. 1280×720 if you rendered so.
Play it in VLC and check for Resolution there… Probably in Info or Media Tab.

But i think it has smthg to do with yt.com

What render type and template did you use to encode to files?
