Render/Convert PAL video to NTSC
I’ve read a number of posts on this subject and found conflicting advice so I hope someone can help with this.
I have an HDV film from a PAL HDV camera widescreen normally rendered as m2t 1080-50i HDV. And it looks quite good on a bigger screen.
However I want to create an NTSC version to send to the States.
I’ve seen software which converts and also settings in Vegas which will allow NTSC rendering.
In your opinion, what’s my best bet? I could either convert the final DVD using software like Blaze or re-render the entire project or… well I’m not sure!
Any help appreciated!

The best should be 24p DVD.
