    Hello,

I have just finished a grade for a film print. We worked with a 3D LUT to “simulate” the film stock.

    Two questions :

    – How to render without the 3D LUT ? (To give DPX without any LUT to the Lab)
    – How to render with the 3D LUT ? (To generate a QUICKTIME)

    All the best

It would be eazy to put on lut with track mode and if needed you just can turn it off.

    Hello,

Thank’s, it’s possible like that… but if I use a 3D Lut from the LUT tab, is there a possibility to do the same thing ?

    Robin,

What type and who supplied the LUT you used for the grading? Under what tab did you include the LUT (Input, Output, Monitoring? That information can help to provide you advise.

If you use output LUT’s this should include the LUT when rendering. You can turn this on and off to do both your versions. Display LUT’s will effect the graded picture you see in Resolve but the Render will have no LUT applied.

This can all be done from the LUT tab on the Config page.

    I hope this helps!
