  Render to Windows Media from AE7

  Is this possible on a mac? Being able to send proofs in a windows media format was great. Now that I’ve upgraded to AE 7 that is no longer an option. Is there a way to get this output option back with a plug-in or something?
  Or is there another format that works as well for sending (emailing) proofs. The windows media files were just so nice and small.
