  Render quality

  Hi dear friends
  when i render a project some of my video frames have different and bad quality while the others are good
  what is the problem ?

  good frame:
  

  bad frame:
  

  both of these 2 frames are from one video but different times … why they don’t have same quality ?

  i choose these settings:
  format: H264
  preset: Android phone widescreen 360p 25f
  bit rate encoding: CBR and decrees it to 0.19
