    Hi,
I have a Quicktime file that is 1920*1080 wit a Animation codec and I would like to convert it to a .ts or .mpg file MPEG-2 video and MPEG Layer , 48000Hz Stereo(LR) wit a Data rate of 15 mbits/s.

I have used Compressor, FFMPEGX, MPEG Streamclip, iSkysoft Media Converter

Im not sure how to input the 15 mbps. The client has asked for these exact requirements and keeps sending back every render as wrong.

Any help would be gratefully recived.

    Thanks,
    Martyn.

That’s a data rate you can select from Compressor’s MPEG video settings. Look in the Inspector once you’ve selected a preset to start with.

Chances are they want a program stream, and not what would be made for a DVD SP project… That you can select from the Inspector as well.
