    I’ve seen this before, although not on my end. I think it might be due to a conflict between the new H.264 implementation in CS6 and Youtube. Do you have an option to render to Prores, or WMV? Problem should go away until someone figures it out.

    Same problem, with colors! hahaha

    Obs: I’m using videos from a Canon 5D and T2i.

    Ok, Try Quicktime, then select H.264 instead.
