In your project properties, try changing your Pixel Format from 32-bit Floating point back to 8-bit. You have no need for 32-bit because you’re not working with 10-bit video. It will only make your renders take longer.

I would also Disable Resample on your video events because your frame rates don’t match and you’re asking Vegas to perform frame blending if you don’t disable it.

Finally your project height and width don’t match your render height and width so your render will take longer as Vegas resizes every frame. I realize you want it this way but it does increase render time as does rendering in Best quality (which is needed because you are resizing)
