  Render out mpeg.ts file & retain subtitles?

  I am able to record programs off air & easily edit them using programs like VideoReDo.

  These files are in MPEG.ts format which carry subtitles as well as the video & audio. Is there any way to open these files in Vegas Pro then do some more trimming add chapter markers & then output the file to something smaller like MKV, MP4 & retain the subtitles?
