[Gerardo Flores] “Which settings and format and codecs shall I use for render for TV ???”

You’ll need to get a delivery specification from the producers or editors of the show.

When I write a delivery spec, I always include the following information:

    • Container format
    • Resolution
    • Frame rate
    • Progressive or interlaced frames (and proper field order)
    • Video codec
    • Video bit rate
    • Audio codec
    • Number/configuration of audio channels
    • Audio depth/sample rate/bit rate

This is the sort of information you’ll need.

That depends entirely on the TV station to whom you will be delivering the footage. There are so many different variables, we couldn’t even begin to start guessing. Ask them.

Best if you ask the tv station what format they need it.
There are a variety of standards that the tv stations use today. Some still use SD while others are HD. Some broadcast widescreen while some still use the 4:3 format. Be as specific in your questions to the tv station as you can.
    A few things to ask:
system: NTSC (US, Japan..) or PAL (Europe…)
    aspect ratio- 4:3 or 16:9
    codec and container
