what us the best render for mts files?
Can’t find the way to keep the video quality as originally.

November 11, 2019 at 1:13 pmFrom memory .mts files came from mini dv tape based HDV camcorders.
Maybe use ‘print to file to render/create a file that could be written back to such a camcorder.Not used this feature for a while but again from memory you could either write to tape directly or prepare a file that could be ‘printed to tape’ later. Make sure to pick HDV option.
Don’t think .mts file can be created via the render menu. If it was I never used it, simply prepared file ready for tape from menu.
Maybe Vegas.pdf might assist Instructions are still in VP17 manual so would be same in VP15

November 11, 2019 at 5:47 pmYou can render mts files to mpeg2, AVC, etc. I have never had any issues with any render formats selected in the render menu.

November 11, 2019 at 6:08 pmYou need the mediainfo of your footage for correct settings in Vegas and for best render settings !
