i am working in Sony Vegas pro from last 4 years but every time i have new challenge.

at this moment they hire me for one month probation period they will see my work in month after they decide they will continue or no.

now my problem is here to come i found they render whole project in edius with Mpeg 1920×1080 25 frames with Constant Bit rate 80 Mbps. he render file is big 1 Hour is approx 40 Gb. and their file extension is .mpeg ,
after they make blue ray with this rendered file in another software like

but when i render project in sony vegas pro 13 with mpeg 2 1980×1080 25 frames with 80 mbps. =but the quality is not good as grassvelly edius. and my file extension is .m2t avchd video,

2nd sony vegas pro take 5 hours for 1 hour project file. and edius take 2 hours for 1.30 hours video.

    Edius computer specs is
i7 6700k with asus mother board. 8 gb 1600 mhz ram with nvidia gtx 960 Graphic

    Sony computer specs is
    i7 4770k with GigaByte H87 mother board. 16 gb 1600 mhz ram with amd r7 260x Graphic

now my question is am i missing Something to render for blue ray. or what i do to render with good quality. for blue ray

i tried one method i apply sony fx ” Levels ” whole video track ans set to ” computer rgb to studio rgb ”

it enhance the contrast. but they catch my this trick.
