Hi guys. I’ve left two sequences rendering overnight yesterday, directly from FCP 7. The source files are in an internal software raid in a Mac Pro ’09 and are not set to shut down if inactive. The only active option set to be turned off if inactive is the screen.

So, when I check the renders today, I find that, at some point, it begun replacing source material, which remain in the disk and I’m watching in the sequence right now, with the offline plaque, while other material, in the same raid, is still there.

Could that be related to the screen set to be shut down if inactive? Or is it some other kind of bug or something?

Done. I’ve rendered the first sequence again before trashing it, though, and it came out fine this time.
