  • Render bar still green even though clip/seq settings match

So I’ve just made a string out for a shoot the other day, but only one clip seems to have a green render bar above it and I’m not entirely sure why. My clip and sequence settings all match being: ProRes 422, 23.98, etc etc. Every other clip in the sequence is fine but it’s just this one clip, but again, the file is the same as everything else so not sure why I’m having to render just this one clip.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

I’m honestly stumped. I’ve checked everything I can about it and nothing seems off. I did use L/T but it seemed to go okay, but I think the only thing to try is to just re-ingest the clip and see if that helps.

    Thanks!

Remove all attributes…speed changes, basic motion, distort…all that.

Agree, Shane. Something got adjusted on import — perhaps some kind of line adjustment, field priority, aspect ratio, scaling…

Just had this same issue. If all settings are the same and you’re still getting a green render bar it’s probably your alpha. Go to Modify – Alpha Type – None/ignore. My bet is that the alpha for that particular clip was set to black.
