  Render a cineform project in Vegas (for archive)

  Transfered avchd to cineform files (avi?) for easier editing.

  I’ve used the footage for dvds which meant rendering down to mpeg2 (dvd pal).

  Just wondering if i can render the project in a format near the original cineform files?

  Is avi (pal dv) dropping down to standard definition? Avi (HD YUV) is massive.
  Keeping all the cineform files from which the project was made is also troublesome (there are loads and equate to another huge chunk of hard drive).
