    Hey All,

So we’re making the transition to Premiere CS6 from Final Cut. Taking on our first P2 project with the new software and am trying to organize things to match our workflow. I’m trying to batch rename all the clips on the card to help with the editing and give context to the clips.

Everything has the same base title, but I’d like to number the clips in sequence (001, 002, 003…) so that not everything has the same name. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Can’t seem to figure out a way with either premiere or prelude. I hate having arbitrary P2 titles that don’t describe anything about the clip, but I don’t want every clip to have the exact same name.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Best,

You try using Adobe Bridge? The batch rename tool?
