Renaming Clips in Timeline issue
I have several hour long interviews each done in one take which I long lined in the timeline. After adding an edit point after each answer I renamed each clip in the timeline with the question so it’s easy to find specific sections of the interviews.
The problem is when I drag those clips back into the Project panel they return to the source file name. Rather than having to rename them again is there anyway to see the new names in the Project panel?

Turn on Display the project item name and label color for all instances in Project Settings/General.

Thanks for the response.
Unfortunately this changes the names back to the source file name. Then if I rename the trimmed clip again it will rename all the other clips cut from the same source file.
