I applied a certain effect to about 50 clips and coming back to the project I want to remove and/or edit just this one effect from all my clips. Coming from a program like Lightroom for photos this is an absolute cakewalk to do. Select all the images and either uncheck the effect you no longer want to use and click “sync” or go into that one effect and adjust sliders and click “sync.” All the changes/deletions/additions will then be applied to all clips.

How do you do it in Premiere? CS5.5. It seems so obvious. Can’t believe I’m missing it.

I do NOT want to just erase all effects in a clip.

You can apply and adjust the effect to one of your clips > Right Click on the clip (select Copy) > select all clips in Timeline you want to apply the effect > Right Click on the clip (select Paste Attributes).
