    Hello!

Recently I was given audio interviews which were recorded nearly 30 years ago. When i listened to the interviews, I found that there is quite a bit of static noise. Think of it like the interviews were recorded on vinyl and the record wasn’t taken care of. While I can make out the speech, the layer of static is distracting. How can I remove/reduce the static?

Noise reduction software. I use izotope rx, and it is excellent.

I think Adobe has some options built in as well.
