  • Removing flicker in videos? is it possible?

    Hi people!

I’ve shot some HIGHSPEED video footage that I’m editing in vegas. I notice that I get some minor flickering due to the light. This is primary visible in areas with solid color and not so much on the subject being filmed. The flickering isn’t massive but it’s still abit annoying and I’m wondering if there is any way in vegas to remove or at least lessen it’s impact in vegas? I tried uploading an example video for this that I assumed would be linked to this message but maybe this wasn’t quite the result, it says it’s waiting for moderation and is called “flickering example”.

    Hey,

Select all you clips in the timeline by holding CTRL, then go to edit>Switches>disable re sampling, that should do the trick!

I’m not aware of what this feature does, but it sounds like you mean the flickering is added during editing. This isn’t true, it’s there in the raw footage from the camera. Or did I misinterpret you?
