I’ve done color correcting on a track with hundreds of events but I’ve made the color corrections at the event level. It just seemed best at the time.
Anyway, I’d like to remove all the event FX on those events and try again. Is there a way to remove the effects on all those events without opening each event FX one event at a time.

Edward Troxel had written a remove FXs from Events Script. I just used it and it worked on a set of Stills.

How are you at using and setting up Scripts, Roger? Once you get the Script you need to place it in the Script Menu folder in the Sony Program Folder – for me that’s on my C drive.

I’ll attach the JS file to this. I’m off to bed . . . . zzzzzzz

    Here’s the file Link:

Timeline Tools (it’s free and is a great app) can do this too.

I believe you haveVASST Ultimate S Pro (if I remember correctly). Just go to the Visual Effects tab, check Enable Video FX, select Remove All then make sure under Timeline make sure that Selected Tracks + Selected Events is selected and press Apply. This will remove all FX from the selected events.

John, I looked and looked for this option in ULISPro4 and couldn’t find it. My apologies.

HAH! User error on my part . . . .

I needed to uncheck the PiP option – of course!

    UliSPro4 is full of tools.

No Apology needed. This is one of the reason we’ve introduced that FASST Apps. It much easier to remember what you have because you only buy what you need. I just haven’t published the FASST App that does this yet but it’s in the queue. 😉

Yea, first step in using Ultimate S Pro is always press the Clear Page button and then make your new choices. This is another reason we created the FASST Apps. Very targeted to one task and do it well; not so confusing.
