  Removing duplicate frames

  PP’s Optical Flow normally does a great job generating smooth slow motion by building the intermediate frames needed, but if the original clip has duplicate frames, Optical Flow builds more of those and the footage becomes jerkier. Is there a way to pre-process a clip to remove all duplicate frames before giving it to Optical Flow?
