  Removing Colour Bleed

  Been converting SVHS tapes and capturing DV AVI.

  On some VHS video there is color bleed on strong colours .. esp red.

  In some applications there are Chroma shift filters to allow you to shift the I+Q values left (more -ve), not perfect but significantly improving the colour bleed.

  Is there any filter in VMS that will help correct this.
