Removing black background on stock footage

Things are so simple when you know how to do them. That worked, too!

I just started using digitaljuice and I have been baffled about these files. I only have a basic understanding of what I’m doing. Thank you guys for all your help and patience!

I use SnagIt from TechSmith. I find it to be very easy use and it works on both Windows and Mac so I can use it regardless of which OS I am using.
