removing audio glitch with Izotope RX
Hi all. I recorded some music that ended up with some harsh, periodic glitches during a short section. There about 20 of them and I can identify them easily using the spectral view here in Izotope RX. What I’d like to do is pull out just the problem frequencies during just the glitches. Any thoughts on how to make this happen automatically using Izotope or any other program?

Hi Dan and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum,
I use RX a lot for some things, but not this one.
My suggestion wold be to head to google to see if someone has a video doing what you need done, or throw yourself on the mercy of the iZotope staff and contact them to see if they can hook you up with one of their geniuses.

if its that obvious, then audition’s auto heal should fix it easily.

Thanks all! I found the auto heal a little too aggressive, so I ended up using the spectral repair tool in izotope rx, drawing around each glitch and fixing. A lot of tedious work, but good results.
