remove unwanted comps
Similar to the remove unused footage is there any way of removing unwanted comps? …How would it know what comps I hear you ask!… well as everything is tied into the flowchart is it possible to remove all comps that are not a precomp of the selected comp?
Basically I have a file that has got itself in a mess and has a lot of footage that has only been used in some of the trial, error and amends comps but not necessarily in the final comp, so before I archive the working folder, I would like to remove everything thats not tied to the final comp but to be perfectly honest there are so many precomps with so much footage in them Im not entirely sure what is being used and what is not.
Any Suggestions or housekeeping tips?

Select your final comp and then go to File>Reduce Project.
This will delete everything that is not being used by the selected comp.
