remove “spaces” at beginning, end of mp3
right here’s a screenshot:

I keep deleting the spaces, and I export as mp3pro with either variable or constant bitrate however once I open it again they come back! When I export using CBR they are shorter though, however is there a way to get rid of em?

How are you removing the spaces? Zoom right in to the start and ends, select the space you want gone, and hit delete on your keyboard.
Try “Save Copy As” as a regular mp3, not mp3pro (I don’t trust mp3pro), and see how that goes.
