Remove Loop Region Bar
I’ve using Vegas to edit a huge video which is over two hours long. I love Vegas because it’s really easy to arrange compared to something like Premiere which gets a bit confusing when doing long bits. However, there is one thing I am finding infuriating- the loop region bar. For obvious reasons, scrubbing through the video isn’t practical for something this long, so I like to be able to click to various points in the timeline to jump to. I’ll be zoomed in quite a way and jumping from place to place when I suddenly this the loop region bar just below and suddenly it jumps to the very start of the video and the timeline zooms right out.
Is there a way to remove the loop region bar between the scrubbing bit and the top bit of the timeline (technical I know)? It’s making this piece such a pain to edit!

Options – Preferences – Editing.
Enable “Collapse loop region when no time selection is present”. -
