Remove light reflections on a car
Hey guys,
still being a bit new on davinci I am looking for a solution on following issue:
I have a few shots from a red colored car in a white studio. Shot on tripod as well as on camera crane.
The light is very soft and quite fine but there are still some spot reflections from the studio lights on the car.
Such as white dots on the red car.
What can I do to turn them red like the car color is?
Already tried to blur them but more I’d like to remove them.Thanks for any help

Send the plates to VFX dept ?
Depends how bad they are.
do a luma key for them
put a window round each one and track the spot. 1 window per spot
Expand your matte
grade to be same red (though you wont get the shading/reflectance properties of the paint)depending on movement could also try offsetting in the x or y ie clone
but that depends on the cars movement
still should be simple.
