  remove jaggies from blow up animation

  I have some animation/motion fx footage which was delivered to me at 640×480. I need to now deliver it at 1920×1080. Im obviously having some issues with jagged edges. (included photo but cannot tell if the jaggies are apparent)

  is there any way to smooth these edges using a plugin?
