  Remove handles

  Hello,
  I have a scanned project, with the shots named from 001-999. The edl is not working as the shots were renamed. Every shot is has it’s own directory and has handles, 4fr before and 4fr after the cut.
  Is there a way to import them to fcp, and to have handles automaticaly removed?
  I know I can just take whole directory and throw it to the timeline, and it is sorted automaticaly ascending, but every shot is 8 frames longer than it should be. I know I can do it manually, but since it is project with 998 shoots it will be long shift…
  Any ideas?
