    Do a reshoot and look into using a Polarising Filter to minimze reflection.

    You can’t replace the glare on the glass with information you don’t have, ie. the eyes behind it.

    Depending on your footage, you could try masking the glasses and applying a levels-filter that brings up the contrast (you’ll need to up the black input slider very high).

    But, if there’s no information in there at all (if the glasses are completely white), you won’t have anything to recover.
