So, between the cloner object and rigid body dynamics, I have placed hundreds of cubes where I am happy with them. Now, I want to remove the dynamics ( so they stop falling and bumping around) and then use the fracture object to make it mograph friendly.

The problem is, when I delete the dynamic tags or make the cloner object edtable, it changes the position of everything. Suggestions?
    Thank you guys so much!

let your dynamics run to where your objects are where you want, then
    -Dynamics Body Tag/Dynamics/Set Initial State
    -Dynamics Body Tag/Cache/Bake Object
this will take you back to frame 0 with the clones in their original position
-Go forward 1 frame (should have clones in the right place)
    -make cloner Editable

I was also hoping to achieve the same results as the original poster, and your method worked perfectly. Thanks!
