Remove Background
Hello!
I’d like to change the backgrond of this video without a frame by frame animating masks for each figures (I tried in this way, It works, but It’s too slow!)
Does anybody help me?

There are several alternatives, all summarized here.
The Roto Brush tool is probably your best bet if you’re not willing to do the work of conventional rotoscoping—but if you’re serious about doing this kind of work, you need to face the reality that frame-by-frame aniamtion of masks is often what you must do.

If all your footage is as dark (and similar colour to the background) as that, you’re going to have to roto it.
You might be able to combine keying, rotobrush and manual rotoscoping to save some work. But ultimately it will come down to the footage what will work best.————–

Thanks to both of you for your answers.
Unfortunately I use AE CS4 (I don’t have roto brush tool), and you’re just confirming what I was really afraid of. It will be a long way to the top! 🙁
