remap footage time
Hey,
I’m looking for an expression or a way to play a clip forward X frames then reverse Y frames
I.E. Play forward 12 frames then reverse 11 frames and repeat over so the clip advances 1 frame at a time while ping ponging back and forth.Any clues?

Try this:
n = 12;
f = timeToFrames(time);
fStart = Math.floor(f/(n*2-3));
offset = f%(n*2-3);
if (offset > (n-1)){
offset = (n*2-2) - offset;
}
framesToTime(fStart + offset)
