    Relocating an ATTO raid

    I’m moving over onto a new machine and want to know if I will need to rebuild the RAID or not.

    I’ve got an ATTO R348 with 4 internal drives, raid 5.

    I’m moving everything into a new machine, raid controller and same drives all to be installed internally.

    Will the new machine recognize the raid and keep all my data in tact?

    Do all the drives need to be installed in the same order/bays?

    I will try and load the exact same version of ATTO config tool onto the new machine as I think that will help.

    you will not lose anything. Just make sure to load the
    ATTO driver, in addition to the config tool.
