I am newish to Premiere after finally giving up on Final Cut Pro X. I have a documentary for which we have a final sound mix. However, I am now doing a version in another language and I’d like to have access to the original sound of the B-roll so I can add it to the mix. However, when I try to manipulate the sound of the color-corrected clips in the sequence all I get is the sound of the mix. When I play the same clips directly from the browser, they have their original sound just fine. Is there something I can do to relink the original sound to the clips in the sequence?
