Relink S3D Files – Can it be done?
I beginning to doubt if this is possible but I thought I would ask. Has anyone working with the new 3D tools tried to relink 2D media/sequence to S3D files? I have a few situations where the client did a rough cut using just one eye (not on MC6) and wants me to relink the cut to S3D clips that I created in MC6 with the media from both eyes.
I have tried and just cannot get it to work. I recognize that these 3D tools are very new and not every scenario has been planned for, but relinking to 3D clips from 2D media is going to be a necessity for me.

Thanks, I did read this earlier. The post just describes how to create S3D clips from Sony’s NX3D1U camera. My issue has to do with taking a sequence that was cut from 2D media and relinking the sequence to 3D media.
