Floh and all, I got my scsi drives to recognize its files by changing the size of the icons which must have switched during a crash. All files/icons are back on the drives, but not linking to the TIMELINE AND NOT ALL SHOWING UP IN THE BINS…SHOW AS ITALIZED NAMES.

I clicked RELINK MEDIA on the menu bar, but files still dont link back.

What to do? ( am using a different email address that yesterday)
    Thanks….

No, I didn’t run disk warrior yet….all the icons on my desk top are in tact, and third external scsi hd was not affected. Bill

To continue: The M100 Icons in the hard drives reappeared when I resized them in M100 Preferences. The icons on the desktop were not affected. I rebuilt the desktop per the program in the computer. Nothing got better.

Only the one project that was opened is affected; others OK and intact. I am fairly certain all the files are still on the drives. I tried all the relink/find media, etc., nothing go relinked. Most of the bin files are still there, but some ‘not available.

    Any additional ideas?

    Thanks.

You really should try Disc Warrior, it has fixed problems just like yours for me many times over the years.
