    Reliable BMD driver for Kona SD?

    Hi folks:

    So I have a client firmly stuck in the 20th century, who just recently upgraded to Tiger/FCS but wants to keep their good ole’ Kona SDs until they decompose due to half-life. One day we’ll get them to upgrade to BMD cards, but for the time being here is the question.

    It seems that the latest Decklink drivers have dropped Kona SD recognition. The 5.2.4 drivers are working as well as expected, but the 5.4.2 drivers are not. Was this intentional? Is there a later driver than 5.2.4 that Kona SD stallwarts are using currently?

    Hi Matt,

    Kona SD support was left out of the last 2 revision of our drivers due to an oversight, but it will be back.

    In the meantime, I’m recommending a higher dosage of caffine in the engineers’ tea/coffee 😉
