  • Rejoining Files after using Split (s)

I’ve been using Vegas for a while and I never wanted to do this before but it seems so basic but i can;t figure it out..

I have a file on my time line and I used to split command to seperate both the audio and video in 2. Later on after many saves and adding more elements I want to work with file as one piece again – the same way I had it before i used the S (split) command.

I know i can rejoin them as a group but is there a way to permanently get rid of the split?

    thanks,

    Ronan

If it’s still straight through on one clip, just delete the event on the right and then extend the event on the left to fill the hole you just made.
