The DVD-R I burned, which played fine in a variety of DVD players, was rejected by the replicator; the “Eclipse Data Technologies” report has lines like these:

“VOBU length & number of sectors disagree (DSI:151<> Actual: 140)”
“Unreadable sector (SCSI: Unrecovered read error)”
“Unreadable sector (SCSI: CIRCU unrecovered error)”

The DVD-R includes some DVD-ROM content which was added by Sonic eDVD4.

    How would you recommend proceeding?

Get a second opinion- i.e go to another replicator. Some are much better than others in properly outputting DVD from DVD-r.

Thanks. Care to name some names Noah?

I’m in deep doo-doo with my client and this could really help me out here.
