Reinstalling Compressor
I am trying to reinstall Compressor because it keeps shutting down on me when I try to use it. When I go to the FCP install CD, I don’t have the option to select Compressor to install. I don’t have permission. I have tried using disk utilities to repair permissions but I also do not have permission to do that. Can someone help me get my Compressor back up and running?

Install DVD Studio Pro again…it looks to see what components you have and what is missing. It will do the rest…BTW, delete your A.Pack app to to have it reinstall it. Then, when you’re all done, run the software update to get things current.
