reinstall boris?
We’re moving from tiger to leopard on our mac pros, but on a separate drive. When I re-install boris, it seems I need to unlock it again, using up another unlock code on the same machine. Is this the correct procedure? Do I need to uninstall on Tiger first? What’s the best procedure for this?

Hi,
You’re doing the right thing – you will need a new unlock code for the software but this is easily obtained by calling into BorisFX using one of the numbers listed on the web site or sending an email request to support@borisfx.com or sales@borisfx.com.
There is no need to uninstall from Tiger before migrating to Leopard.

I am one of those people who reinstalls the OS about every 6 months out of necessity. Is it true that the DVD version instead of the download version will not require a person to go and get a new unlock code every time?
