  re:image on monitor

  Hi there!
  I’m cutting (offline) a documentary with an editor which I have filmed on Sony HDV Z1E. I filmed on dv mode not on hd however I have a little problem, I believe it’s called the ratio aspect, doesn’t fit inside the monitor in other words the very left top line of the image is chopped on the monitor. Is this something I should worry about or do we just crope it online.
