    Hello gentleman,

    I have an issue with Final Cut Pro, 2 days a go started to give me a “Registry Error” message along with: Make sure the program is properly installed, can anyone please provide any suggestion to solve this issue?. FCP gets stuck on this error window.

    Re-install the software

    I wanted to avoid “Re-installing”, but I had found the issue, T-racks plugins was the problem, uninstalled the plugin, I had to run “Preference Manager” and “OnyX”, running smoothly again without “Re-installing” FCP and all the plugins.

    I hope you didn’t just intall Lion over an older OS. Installing FCS2 on Lion is tricky because it doesn’t have Rosetta. There is a work around and it has been discussed here before so I suggest you search this forum.

    I did a clean install “Formatting the HD first”, so far I had no issues.
