Regions Disappearing
V13: Working in trimmer; mapping out segments and naming them. I get up to go to the bathroom and when I come back they’re gone! Twice now. I have the preference set to “save region/markers.” I also keep clicking the “save marker/regions” button in the trimmer window but the problem persists. What gives?

If that’s your problem, then just don’t go to the bathroom! LOL. I don’t use the trimmer very often, but it seems to be working fine for me. If I create a region with a name, it will show up as media regions if you place that media file on the timeline. In Preferences under the General tab, the last item is “Automatically save trimmer markers…….”. It seems to be unchecked by default. You might check that item and see if it makes a difference. Sorry, I see that you’ve already done this.

BTW, in order to see them on the timeline, you need to have “Show Markers” selected. Ctrl-Shift-k.
