  region selection tool…

  hi,

  i just moved into v7 from v5.5, and i’m still getting used to some of the changes.

  one of the things i don’t understand fully yet is the region selection tool.

  bottom line, i don’t like it. yes, i could be nieve, but as of right now, it gets in the way ALL THE TIME.

  is there a way to shut off this tool? or at least to lock and freeze it? everytime i touch the comp screen it pops up, getting in the way and causing major frustration.

  is there a way to shut it off? or at least inactivate it?
